Hotels

There are many hotels available in both Lausanne and Renens with easy access to the conference venue. You will find on this URL link, the location of the most affordable ones. We highly recommend you to book directly on their site in order to avoid any extra charges. With each reservation, you will pay a tourism tax to get a public transportation pass that allows you to travel around the city for free during your stay.

We reached out to those hotels regarding potential discount codes for conference attendees. As such, we will continue to update this page with potential offers:

Hôtel des Voyageurs: to get 5% discount use the code "OCD"; it only works for bookings on 6, 8, 9 June)

Hotels by Fassbind: – incl. the hotels Alpha Palmiers by Fassbind, Agora Swiss Night by Fassbind, Swiss Wine by Fassbind – you get automatically a 5% discount when booking on this website. They said the earlier you book the cheaper it will be.

Hôtel Crystal: book via e-mail; CHF 141 for single room and CHF 193 for a double room.

Other options

You can also try to find a room on Airbnb.

For the more adventurous, the Vidy Campsite is
well located for access to the university campus
(as well as being on the lakeshore if you fancy a
morning swim before the conference!). You can
book a pitch for your tent, or rent one of their bungalows.
